Windows 7, 8, or 10 Alternative

AKA Linux

with windows 7, 8, and 8.1 being dead and now the upcoming windows 10. you must upgrade to windows 11 for be lest out in the cold. the issue is windows 11 needs so many hardware requirements to upgrade perfectly working and capable pc cant run it. thats were a lesser known friend of mine comes into play Linux. Linux is base off of unix which mac osx was base off of. linux is free and open source. there are many flavors of linux. below are my favorites.
